Shipping and Returns
All orders are securely packaged and shipped discreetly, with no mention of Chems Connect or research chemicals on the packaging. We use trusted carriers such as POST NL and UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.
General
We process and ship orders daily from Monday to Friday, typically within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume. Discreet packaging is standard on all shipments and included at no extra cost — please note that this service is automatically applied.
We provide tracked international shipping, including to the United States, using PostNL as our primary carrier and local postal services upon arrival in the destination country.
Delivery times may vary by region and are provided as general estimates, as transit durations are beyond our control.
Replacements and returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to restock or accept returns once items have been sold. If your order arrives damaged, we will promptly arrange an exchange and reshipment at no additional cost.
All shipments are made at the buyer’s expense and risk unless the insured delivery option is selected. Only insured shipments are eligible for replacement in case of loss or non-delivery. Orders exceeding EUR are not subject to reshipment unless insured delivery has been chosen.
If any items are temporarily out of stock, they may be sent in a separate shipment at no extra charge. In such cases, customers will be contacted to confirm partial fulfillment.
